Garden Route 62 Adventure Motorcycle Tour
Our Garden Route 62 tour starts in the cosmopolitan town of Knysna. The town is famous for its ancient indigenous forests, sweeping fynbos landscapes and breathtaking views of the Outeniqua and Swartberg mountains and the Indian Ocean.
Highlights of the tour include several historic mountain passes. The Swartberg and Montagu passes, both National monuments, stand in proud defiance of modern technology. The Prince Alfred’s pass, at 68.5km the longest publicly accessible mountain pass in South Africa, as well as the second oldest unaltered pass still in use. The Seweweekspoort pass is probably the most beautiful 18km stretch of gravel road anywhere in South Africa - with easy gradients, multiple river crossings and mind-boggling geology, this road is an absolute joy to ride.
On our Garden Route 62 tour you will be treated to a wide variety of incredible scenery and landscapes, from the shores of the pristine Knysna estuary to the towering rock formations of the mountains of the Little Karoo. This tour is not to be missed.
